Job Purpose:

Working for Digital Sports MGMT, part of the YMU group, the main purpose of this role is to help manage DSM’s retained sports marketing clients primarily in the Sports Partnerships space. You will work closely with the Account Manager, Head of Sports Marketing and other agencies to deliver best in class sports marketing and activation of key talent and rights holder partnerships in tennis and other sports from time to time. You will help to arrange meetings, take notes, build marketing plans, activation plans, create reports and generally support client communications day to day. You will also help run approvals on key assets, manage ticketing for live sporting events for the client, and assist with facilitating PR and media appearances for ambassador talent. International and domestic travel will be required and you will be based out of our central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Manager with day-to-day client communications and campaign coordination
  • Assist with sports marketing activation planning, event management, and campaign rollouts
  • Manage approvals for clients, liaising with talent representatives and rights holders under the guidance of the Account Manager
  • Prepare agendas, take clear and accurate meeting notes, and circulate actions to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Create and maintain presentations, reports, and log trackers
  • Support ticketing and accreditation management for live events
  • Liaise with agents and talent to deliver campaigns
  • Ideate social media and content concepts
  • Support on-the-ground delivery of activations at live sporting events
  • Ad hoc duties as required

About You:

  • One+ year of experience in an agency, brand, or rights holder environment; experience within sports is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internally
  • Able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to produce clear and engaging detailed presentations and reports
  • Experience supporting or running activations for brands or rights holders
  • Good understanding of tennis and football
  • Previous work in sports and/or dealing with sports rightsholders is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of sports commercial rights packages is desired
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva
