DSM Head of Gaming Sales
Los Angeles or New York

Working for Digital Sports MGMT, part of the YMU group, the main purpose of this role is to lead the Sales division in the US. You will oversee all sales for influencer marketing campaigns and talent managed in the region, as well as build out the strategy and sales plan within the vertical for esports and general gaming activations, including the metaverse and gaming world activations. DSM has an existing portfolio of talent in the US which needs to be built out across new gaming verticals and genres of gaming. Building a sales pipeline in the US will be crucial to the role.

Working for Digital Sports MGMT, part of the YMU group, the main purpose of this role is to manage the influencer talent and campaigns in the Social & Digital division of DSM in North America. You will manage all influencer marketing campaigns and manage our influencer & esports talent day to day, as well as help build out the strategy and sales plan within the vertical with senior leaders. DSM has an existing portfolio of talent in the US & Canada which needs to be further built out across new gaming verticals and genres of game. Signing more talent for DSM and helping to build a sales pipeline in North America will be crucial to the role, and you will need to have over 6 years of professional experience and at least 4 working in Gaming, Social and Digital industries.

Digital & Corporate Communications Coordinator
UK

We are looking for a full time Digital & Corporate Communications Coordinator to start immediately. Reporting to the Group Communications Director, the candidate will sit within the central part of the business but will be required to work across the Group’s divisions: Entertainment, Music, Sports, Literary, Art, Social and Business Management, ensuring global tone of voice, as well as communications and brand consistency across all internal communications channels using company brand guidelines. They will need to develop a strong understanding of the business values and vision to help the Group Communications Director execute the internal and external communications strategy. This will include support in the creation and execution of assets as well as general administration. The role also requires the candidate to manage news updates to the website as well as management of the Group social media accounts.

Account Manager, Partnerships (France)

Working for Digital Sports MGMT, part of the YMU group, the main purpose of this role is to lead the planning and execution of a sports client’s campaigns and activations with a French Football Rights Holder, predominantly within gaming and football, which includes organising domestic and international activations, leading account management, managing a social content calendar, fan engagement campaign ideation and building strong relationships with client and partner stakeholders, organizing and running weekly meetings and calls, running approvals and liaising with the client in France. Following a review of YMU’s current system environment, a process is currently underway to scope a new Group ERP system. This role will be responsible for the successful delivery of this new system, working seamlessly with the project manager from the selected implementation partner.
