Personal Assistant

The central team sits in the middle of YMU Group, supporting all departments across the UK & US. We are a specialised team developed to help enhance talents careers by offering more commercial, creative and development support to aid the management teams. We work alongside the management teams to deliver commercial pitches, corporate opportunities, IP development and digital content. The Personal Assistant will be there to support the CFO & CBO in their day to day.

Project Manager - Live

As the world begins to open up again, YMU’s Live team is anticipating unprecedented levels of Live events for our clients. As such, we are looking to add resourceful, diligent and hands-on project manager to ensure that all YMU’s clients’ live events are delivered in full and on-time, that provide truly memorable experiences for our clients and their audiences. This role will be responsible for helping to take ideas and turn them into reality for a wide range of clients, and once they are developed into a tangible plan, take the reins and ensure that they are delivered. There will be multiple events ongoing at any one time, at different stages of development, and therefore, this role requires a structured person who is able to spin multiple plates simultaneously, who thrives in a fast-moving environment. This is a really unique opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most elite talent to create unique live experiences for their audiences.

Diversity & Inclusion Lead

Promoting and achieving diversity and inclusion (D&I) is at the core of our business. As such, this role will be responsible for ensuring that YMU delivers on this commitment. This will be reflected in all aspects of YMU, from colleagues, to clients, to capabilities; this role will be the key driver of identifying needs, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation of all D&I initiatives. We have established four D&I committees; BIPOC, Mental Health and Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, and Access. The primary purpose of this role is to manage these committees, as well as coordinate and collaborate between them. This means attending the committee meetings, driving the agendas, leading on and delivering initiatives, collaborating across all committees and ensuring we are considering all aspects that each of the committees bring. There will also be D&I initiatives throughout the organisation that this role will need to contribute towards. This role is expected to be part-time initially, working 2.5 days a week, with potential to expand and develop the role.

Marketing Manager

YM&U Group is seeking an experienced and talented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will strategize and execute compelling, artist-specific campaigns across all consumer-facing online touch-points (websites, email, social media platforms, etc) with a strong focus on digital marketing. They will have a high degree of visibility across all company departments, artists, managers, and platform partners. They will manage timelines, budgets, content, influencers, and goals across a roster of 5-10 artists and report to the Managing Diretcor. Clear communication, excellent project management skills, and the ability to multi-task is a must.

Tax Semi-Senior

Key Responsibilities • Lead the preparation and submission of personal, partnership and corporation tax returns for a defined client group, ensuring deadlines for payment and submissions met • Liaise with clients, HMRC and accountants in relation to clients' tax returns and other queries • Associated client tasks e.g. process new clients, registrations for Self Assessment, billing tax-only clients etc. • Assist with HMRC enquiries including researching and prepare relevant paperwork where appropriate • Obtain certificates of UK tax residency for clients with overseas income • Prepare P11D forms • Process and respond to day-to-day tax post and correspondence e.g. checking HMRC refund notifications and payment demands for accuracy • Prepare various computations e.g. level and impact of dividends. Capital gains tax calculations. Tax planning - basic level with support • Assist with training and supervision of junior tax team members • Client development initiatives - look for opportunities to increase the services we provide to a client to improve the service • Other reasonable ad hoc tasks as and when required
