• Running the logistics on the day to day diary for clients • Sending daily / weekly diaries to clients as and when needed • Handling charity / fan mail request and responding to basic invites • Organising gifts to send to clients • Assisting with general admin related to the clients • Raising invoices in the system • Reading and understanding client contracts • Attendance at events with the client • Liaising with contracting parties on all logistics and client schedules • Ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date • Assisting the Senior Manager with diary management • Deal Management and contract negotiation on smaller figured deals
