We are looking for a people-driven, forward-thinking HR Manager to join our US Central team. As the sole HR practitioner of the US Central Team, you will support the overall US HR operations function. The role is a very “hands-on, roll up your sleeves” position. The main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and exiting, assisting in employee relations and employee morale, culture initiatives, coordinating and tracking mandatory training and performance management, benefits administration, workers’ compensation administration, ensuring compliance with changing labor laws, and all administrative functions of the HR department. The incumbent will be responsible for recommending new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiencies, while ensuring legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations are met.
