The role will sit at the centre of our workflow across client strategy, social content, production, creative packaging, sales enablement and platform monetisation. You will be responsible for making sure projects are clearly briefed, tracked, delivered and reported, while also supporting the operational management of platform revenue streams such as Facebook and YouTube monetisation.

This is an operational role for someone who is confident in managing multiple moving parts, working with creative and commercial teams, and creating structure in a fast paced talent, content or digital environment.

Responsibilities include

  • Managing platform access registers and supporting account/access issue resolution.
  • Coordinating sales enablement workflow, including decks, proof points, case studies and feedback.
  • Supporting clear documentation and handover processes across the team.
  • Escalating risks early and helping the team stay focused on priority work.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience in digital content, social, creator/talent, production, publishing or agency operations.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Confidence working with creative, strategy and commercial teams.
  • Experience with social platforms and digital content workflows.
  • Familiarity with Facebook, YouTube or platform monetisation, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to create structure without slowing down creative work.
