Better known as Slimesunday, Mike Parisella is a digital collage artist whose work asks questions of censorship, consumerism, and sexuality.
Consistently pushing the limits of what’s acceptable in the mainstream, Mike creates cohesive narrative images that are both grotesque and playful.
Evolving from his past practice of sourcing images from the internet, his series of work entitled What the Fork?,used images directed, shot and licensed specifically for the project debuted at Phillips. His thought-provoking artwork has made him the eighth highest earning artist the NFT space, featuring in Playboy, Hunger, Vice, Plastik, and Glamour Magazine. Mike has also worked on projects with J. Cole, Lana Del Rey, Katy Perry, J Balvin, and Beck.
Mike is the art director for 3LAU and makes up half of the audio-visual project SSX3LAU, selling more than $7.5million of digital art and music.
