Assistant Talent Manager

These clients include TV personalities, athletes, authors, social media influencers, media rights holders, musicians, and producers.
Job Description: This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional support to Talent Managers/Senior Talent Managers and Talent Directors. As an Assistant Talent Manager, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations for clients, ensuring seamless execution of their schedules and commitments. You will be a confident communicator, highly adaptable, and motivated to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. This role will provide the foundation for a future career in talent management.
Client & Account Support
- Assist in managing client diaries, ensuring all bookings and commitments are accurately scheduled.
- Assist in project managing the day-to-day needs of the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and schedules for shoots, press events, and appointments.
- Support clients on-site during shoots, events, or public appearances as required.
- Communicate with clients’ core teams, including personal teams, PR and producers, to align on deliverables.
- Accurately document and track all relevant client information for future reference.
- Take minutes in all meetings
Contracts & Payment Admin
- Assist in handling contracts and invoicing processes, ensuring timely payments.
- Ensure Airtable and Paprika are always up to date.
- Support Talent Managers and Directors in preparing offers and confirming key terms.
- Track payment statuses and follow up with internal teams to resolve delays, ensuring clients have visibility over any potential issues.
Commercial Strategy & Brand Partnerships
- Support the commercial team with administrative tasks related to securing brand partnerships and deals.
- Assist in sharing briefs, setting deadlines, and ensuring content is delivered on time for commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to track commercial opportunities and maintain accurate records.
Broadcast & Entertainment Development
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for TV appearances, radio interviews, and other broadcast commitments.
- Support clients in preparation for shoots, including arranging glam, styling, and transport.
- Attend meetings with production partners, taking minutes and sharing key insights with the team.
Strategic Thinking
- Stay updated on industry trends, platforms, and opportunities to share insights with the team.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for clients and suggesting new ideas to the senior team.
New Talent
- Support the team in researching and identifying prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and assist with new client meetings to support onboarding.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency across all client projects.
- Share project updates with the senior team to maintain alignment on priorities.
- Assist with training and development of junior team members, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration with the wider team, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks.
- Support junior team members in understanding their responsibilities.
