Assistant Talent Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Talent Manager to join our Talent team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent management within the entertainment industry. Working closely with Talent Managers and Talent Directors, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and seamless delivery across all aspects of their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Talent Support
• Support Talent Managers and Talent Directors with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Manage client diaries, ensuring schedules are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for shoots, press, events and appearances.
• Provide on-site support for clients at events, productions and public appearances when required.
• Liaise with clients' wider teams, including publicists, producers and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support content and activity across YMU's social media channels where required.
Contracts & Administration
• Support the preparation and administration of contracts, deal memos and booking confirmations.
• Assist with invoicing and payment processes, ensuring payments are tracked and followed up where necessary.
• Review booking information to ensure all commercial and logistical requirements are captured accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and internal tracking systems.
Commercial & Brand Partnerships
• Support the delivery of brand partnerships and commercial campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, content briefs and deliverables.
• Assist with preparing presentations and pitch materials.
• Track commercial opportunities and maintain accurate campaign records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Broadcast & Entertainment
• Coordinate logistics for television, radio, podcast and media appearances.
• Arrange styling, glam, transport and production requirements for clients.
• Attend meetings where required, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
• Support clients throughout broadcast and entertainment commitments.
Talent Development & Industry Research
• Keep up to date with entertainment, social media and industry trends.
• Research potential commercial opportunities and emerging talent.
• Support the onboarding of new clients.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities where appropriate.
Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with Talent Managers, PR, Social, Commercial and wider internal teams.
• Share updates and ensure projects remain on track.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Support wider team initiatives and operational projects as required.

Desirable Experience
• Previous experience within talent management, entertainment, media, influencer marketing or a similar client-facing environment.
• Experience managing diaries, logistics or projects.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
