About the position

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A can-do attitude is necessary.

Essential Skills

  • 2 years’ experience providing IT Support.
  • Good all-round Windows 10&11 and Mac desktop experience.
  • Creating and administering accounting in active directory.
  • Creating and updating computer images.
  • Documenting any changes and creating how to guides for users.
  • O365 suite administration including licensing and MFA.
  • Creating and managing mailboxes and distribution groups in Exchange online.
  • Required to visit other London based sites and occasionally work out of hours.
  • Strong customer-facing skills required to encourage and promote a friendly and approachable IT department.
  • AV & meeting room technology (Teams and Polycom).
  • Good knowledge of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, routing, switches, vLANs, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, SMTP

Desirable skills

  • Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi
  • Microsoft Intune administration.
  • Microsoft SharePoint administration.
  • Exposure to Citrix Xen App.
  • Exposure to Windows Server.
  • Experience of working in an accountancy practice would be an advantage.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Any professional certification would be beneficial.
