Happy Mum Happy Baby Team Overview:
Happy Mum Happy Baby (HMHB), created by Giovanna Fletcher, is a multi-format parenting brand aimed at fostering a supportive community for parents. Through podcasts, events, and digital content, HMHB connects parents in meaningful ways.
Role Purpose:
To drive strategic and creative innovation across Giovanna Fletcher and Happy Mum Happy Baby’s social channels, introducing social-first formats, insightful recommendations, and building communities.
You will own and manage the content for Giovanna’s Happy Mum Happy Baby Podcast, as well as translate HMHB business objectives into social and community marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the social content schedule with clear deliverables of weekly output for HMHB accounts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Facebook), all with community engagement in mind.
- Be the go-to social media lead for Giovanna Fletcher’s personal channels.
Collaborating with the HMHB Videographer/Editor to drive tactical monetisation and channel growth on HMHB’s YouTube and Facebook. - Working closely with YMU’s Head of Podcasts to launch new growth initiatives, contributing to guest booking, and attending podcast recordings.
Create and develop social-first content ideas to support Giovanna and HMHB’s mission and longer-term strategy - Collaborating with the HMHB Videographer/Editor to develop and trial new social-first formats or creative ways to connect with audiences across any of our existing or emerging social platforms.
Repurpose archive Podcast content in line with public sentiment, news and current affairs. - Use social reporting and analytics tools to ensure, month on month, that the strategic approach is effective and present this to management.
Community management across all HMHB’s social media accounts, and Giovanna’s accounts when required. - Full end-to-end management of commercial partnership content delivery on HMHB channels, and Giovanna’s when required.
Our ideal person:
- Very Social Media savvy and knowing, editorially, what will enthuse, engage, and empower our audiences
- You can create social media graphics (Photoshop or Canva) to a high standard
Ability to shoot, produce and edit video would be desirable - You will have your finger on the pulse within the world of parenting, mental health, wellbeing, positive living and community
- Keen interest in issues and topics that affect our day-to-day lives - and the ability to create quick, reactive content to these topics
- A hunger for hunting out interesting human stories – from life-challenging adversity to experience, strength, and hope
- Personal interest in parenthood, the online parenting world, wider parenting issues, parenting brands and the entertainment sector
- Ability to travel into London and other locations, and to work out of hours (for live events/ podcast recordings) as required
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
