Biography
Mental health advocate, best-selling author, long-standing broadcaster, and founder and creator of the Happy Place brand, Fearne Cotton has been thoughtfully curating and building her Happy Place community.
Originally sharing her experiences with happiness as her Sunday Times and Nielsen bestseller Happy in 2017, Fearne has evolved the Happy Place brand into the podcast, festival, publishing, and mobile app space. Passionate about making self-care inclusive, relatable, and straightforward, she has actively encouraged and demystified wider conversation around mental health. A mother of two and stepmother of two, Fearne actively supports a range of charities and campaigns, most notably Mind, The Prince’s Trust, Coppafeel, and the Princess of Wales’ #ShapingUs early childhood campaign.
Her most personal work to date, Fearne’s newest book Bigger Than Us was published in 2023, earning Sunday Times bestseller status whilst further cementing her position as an internationally celebrated author.
