Jane has been writing about her love for baking and cooking since beginning her blog, Jane’s Patisserie, in 2014. She has gone on to become a record-breaking author, publishing three cookbooks and counting.
Her debut, Jane’s Patisserie, was the fastest-selling baking book of all time, the third bestselling cookbook since records began, and was shortlisted for the 2022 British Book Awards. Selling over 250,000 copies of her books to date, Jane regularly features on This Morning and was a judge for the BBC Jubilee Pudding competition.
Jane has published three books, all of which have been instant Sunday Times bestsellers. She has been awarded the Silver Nielsen Award.
