Actor, musician, and presenter Jonathan Wilkes is passionate about the future of British entertainment.
Born and raised in Stoke-on-Trent, Jonathan won the prestigious Cameron Mackintosh Young Entertainer of the Year Award, quickly becoming the youngest entertainer ever to headline his own show in Blackpool. Shortly after, he wrote and recorded his debut album on Virgin Records with the single Just Another Day reaching the top five in 18 countries. On-stage, Jonathan has enjoyed an astonishing career, performing in The Rocky Horror Show, Grease, Chicago, and Guys and Dolls amongst other titles. Alongside Stephen Mulhern, he created P&O Cruises flagship magic and illusion show, Illusion. A keen footballer, one of Jonathan’s proudest achievements has been creating Soccer Aid, raising over £32 million so far.
Along with his wife Nikki, he founded The Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts, introducing over 230 actors, singers, and dancers into the performance industry every year.
