Matt is perhaps best known as the co-founder, bassist, and co-vocalist of the iconic pop rock band Busted. Releasing four studio albums and four UK number ones, gaining nine platinum awards along the way, the band have been recognised as pioneering an era-defining sound of pop rock. Since leaving the band, Matt has become a star of the stage, starring in hit theatre shows such as Waitress, Little Shop of Horrors, and 2:22 Ghost Story. His on-screen credentials include acting roles in Eastenders and Birds of a Feather alongside winning the sixth season of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! In 2023, Matt will be fronting a documentary for BBC One, where he explores addiction and recovery.
