Miranda is best known for her hit sitcom Miranda for which she was nominated for and won numerous awards – including wins from the Royal Television Society Awards, British Comedy Awards and the Broadcasting Press Awards, to name a few. The enduring love for the show is cemented in its ongoing US adaptation, Call Me Kat, and with further plans for it to be developed elsewhere.
The BAFTA-nominated actress has also appeared in the BBC One’s Call The Midwife, Paul Feig’s Spy with Melissa McCarthy and Working Title’s Emma alongside Bill Nighy and Anya Taylor Joy. In addition to her acting work, Miranda has written five books: Is It Just Me?,The Best of Miranda, Peggy and Me, Miranda Hart’s Daily Dose of Such Fun!, and The Girl with the Lost Smile.
