Comedian, presenter, and author Ruby Wax was awarded an OBE for her services to mental health and continues to spearhead the conversation around wellbeing.
Ruby made her name interviewing the likes of Donald Trump, Imelda Marcos, Madonna, and OJ Simpson on her 25 year-long show When Ruby Wax Met.
She is the author of four Sunday Times best-selling books, with her most recent, A Mindfulness Guide For Survival, offering an indespensable guide to navigating through life. Ruby holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University and is the founder of Frazzled Cafés, offering people a safe space to meet and share their stories.
Ruby most recently hit screens in 2022, alongside Melanie Brown and Emily Atack, retracing the footsteps of the explorer Isabella Bird in the BBC travel series Trailblazers.
