Sara Tan is a longtime journalist and host. She is currently Refinery29’s Beauty Director, where she oversees all editorial beauty content.

She is also the co-founder and co-host of beauty podcast Gloss Angeles, one of the top 10 fashion and beauty podcasts on Apple. She has over 14 years of editorial experience and was most recently the West Coast Editor at Bustle where she helped launch the website’s fashion and beauty vertical.

She has contributed to various women’s and lifestyle publications including Allure, InStyle, People, Parents, Coveteur, BRIDES, and Women’s Health throughout her career. She is also an advisor for the Asian American Girl Club.
